Rado Lesay is a young tenor currently residing in New York City. He was born in Slovakia and spent almost whole life in Europe where he had a chance to study with teachers like Paolo de Napoli, Prof.  Hudec, Prof. Michalkova, padre Angelico and maestro Giuseppe Taddei. He continued his studies in New York under guidance of Prof. Dana Talley. His focus is not only opera and other forms of classical music like german art songs or church music but he also performs and composes in the area of popular music and christian music

Rado performed in many cities in Europe, mainly in Italy, Czech Republic and Slovakia as well as South Korea and currently in United States. In 2006 debuted as Beppe from I Pagliaci at Amato opera in New York City and since that time had a chance to perform other roles such as Camille in The Merry Widow, Gaston in La Traviata, Ruitz in Trovatore, Don Basilio in The Marriage of Figaro and others. His performances also count many cooperations with choruses mainly Nyack Chorale, Cavalry Baptist Chorale and Chorale at St. Patrics Cathedral in NYC. He also hd a chance to perform at various occasions for senators, ministers, Slovak president Mr. Gasparovic and Slovak prime-minister Mrs. Radicova

In the field of Popular music he continues to compose mainly pop and christian music and in 2009 he made his television debut with videclip to his song There Beyond the Mountains High which had reach 4th place in Slovak Gospel Chart...

Currently Rado sings at Amore opera in New York City, concerts in USA, is working as a music director at St. John Nepomucene church and actively composes new songs...
